Meet Dr. Bradford Baker

Dr. Baker is a California native. He attended high school in Escondido, where his father, Dr. Guy Baker, practiced orthodontics. In fact, after receiving his education, he had the privilege of practicing with his father for five years, until the senior Dr. Baker retired.
Completed his undergraduate education at Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah than obtained his MS at University of Southern California, Los Angeles, CA and earned his Dental degree from University of California, Los Angeles
Dr. Baker loves the practice of orthodontics. He has over 30 years of experience in orthodontics, and for him It is the perfect blend of art, science, and service. He loves working with people of all ages, and one of his greatest joys is helping people to make improvements in their smiles, and in their lives. He is passionate about achieving not only a beautiful, functional smile, but also great facial esthetics.
Dr. Baker has always had a fascination with the science of teeth and supporting bone. After receiving his DDS degree, he completed a hospital residency which was oriented toward surgery; particularly of the jaws. His Master’s thesis, which he received in conjunction with his orthodontic residency, focused on the interaction of chewing force and bone metabolism. He was also involved in some of the pioneering work in the use of dental implants as orthodontic anchorage.
Dr. Baker and his lovely wife, Angie, have three adult children, who are currently pursuing college education and missionary service. In his spare time, he does humanitarian dental work, serves as a Boy Scout leader, and enjoys hiking, camping, and water sports.
